Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the company managers and staff members in a professional and efficient manner;
• Manage the fleet of company cars – documents issuing, reports, communicate with suppliers, etc.
• Manage the mobile phones in the company and make sure the related company policies are followed;
• Prepare updated lists and reports regarding company cars, mobile phones, etc.;
• Assist the organization of different company events;
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries;
• Prepare presentations, memos, emails and other documents;
• Interacts with internal customers and partners;
• Administrative and project management support;
• Collects data and presents periodic, special (upon request) and current reports

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably with Economic background;
• At least one year of experience at a similar position and / or experience in a company with similar business activity;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Ability to work with accuracy under pressure;
• Perform duties with minimal supervision;
• Prioritize and organize workload and projects.

Key responsibilities
